NAMI Connection Recovery Support Groups
What is NAMI Connection? It is a recovery support group for adults living with mental illness. We offer respect, understanding, encouragement, and hope with a relaxed approach. Participants are welcome to drop by and share feelings, difficulties, or successes. Everyone is a valued participant who can share as much or as little as they wish! The group is free of charge and is led by NAMI-trained peer facilitators who understand the challenges of mental illness.
